The reason they doing so is because H2H will become inconsequential in Group B if Germany has 9 point and the rest of the lot has 3 points. Goal difference will be the decider if that happens.

So if the Germans win and we win we can still win.

    Well, whatever.

Nah, people are saying if the Germans lose and the Danes and the Portugeuse win and they have better goal difference, the Portugeuse and Danes advance even though the Germans beat the Portugeuse... so I dont know.

I guess, they are just not aware of the rule.

Niederlande sounds very similar to Niederlage.

The girls seem to like him though. Portugal - Denmark was the best match so far in the tournament, but I'll be happy to give you the victory since Portugal plays the best football of all the teams.

...however because you won, Denmark will be sure to vote for any and all austerity measures for south-western Europe.

If the Germans beat the Danes and the Dutch beat the Portuguese it comes down to goal difference even though H2H comes first. Why? If there are more than 2 teams with the same points (which would be the case in this scenario) it comes down to goal difference.
So yes, the Dutch could advance.

Teenagers and homos like Ronaldo, but havent met a woman who does. Nobody wants to be his mother and makeup tip buddy.

As for Portugal and the best football... best football wins... Portugeuse never do.

WTF are you really? Canadian, Antillean, or Dutch? Talk like that would have gotten you shanked in Amsterdam tonight
Nevertheless, a really, really poor game played by the Dutch team. Too slow, too solo, too inefficient, hardly any defense.. Germany deserved the win, but that doesn't mean I have to like it... The fact that this is largely the same team that fared so well during the last cup makes it even more shocking.

Uefa fines Russian Football Association €120,000 for fan violence at Euro 2012
Uefa has decided to fine the Russian football association (RFS) €120,000 and handed the body a suspended deduction of six points for the Euro 2016 qualifiers following the incidents during Russia's 4-1 win over Czech Republic on June 8.
The a portion of country's fans were involved in crowd disturbances during the game, as well as setting off fireworks and displaying illicit banners.

"The Uefa Control and Disciplinary Body today decided to impose a deduction of six points on the RFS for the qualifying competition of the next Uefa European Football Championship," a statement on the official Uefa website reads.

Well that was disappointing but not as disappointing as how little the Dutch seemed to want to win anymore.
It would be a miracle if they advance and an even bigger miracle if they advanced beyond that.
The way they have been playing doesn't deserve an advance.
Continuing trend of poor performance in tournaments after having played a final (76, 80, 90).

People were critical of Van Basten but at least he brought a dynamic, goal scoring team to the tournament. Yes, they underestimated and fell asleep against Russia, but at least they brought something memorable.
That defensive midfield crap is useless. Defending is not where the Dutch qualities can be found. Van Marwijk's conservative, 'stable' football didn't deliver anything but embarrassment this time around.

Oh yeah, and gastrion you are a classless cunt. Fuck you.

Thinking back to how the team played under Van Basten just makes the current situation even sadder.

Hmmm...maybe there is an opportunity here. I wonder how much it is worth to the Dutch that Denmark is beaten...?
