Formally, yes, but technically - no.
Saar 4.5 class boats are 62 meters long.
(Saar 5 corvettes are 86 meters long.)
AFAIK, only the conning tower has to be in this specific green colour.
Was unaware of this until now.

Prpbably mediterranean specific low obsevability color. WW2 experience of german navy was that planes can see much deeper into the clearer water compared to nort sea.
