Well as a glass half full kind of guy at least finding a piece of scorched earth to build a stadium on should be quite easy, and I reckon the halftime fireworks extravaganza will be world class.

Tickets would probably be pretty cheap....like a loaded AK47 magazine for a nose bleeder seat, but K&R insurance would probably chew up the alcohol/radiator coolant budget.

God more Occidental clichés. We are speaking about 6 years from now. Before hand the world would witness two mass International occasions in Brazil, if it can be done there, it will be done, in Chechnya too (two games is nothing, just two days).

Flagg: you missed the post above. There is already a barand new stadium in Grozniy.

Meh we are speaking about 2018...as for now, the stadium has at least 30 000 folks every two weeks. Seems good enough for terror attacks? Tourists, I saw no problem when people went to RSA for a whole month, why would it be different for those two measly games Grozniy would have.

Or is there something I do not understand? Aside from that, yeah maybe you are right, the best way is to be safe than sorry.

There is such as thing as target of oppurtunity...not that hard to grab a couple of fans venturing into the bucolic outskirts of Grozny and demand the recognition of Ichkeria or something.
