Default Son of the French Caesar in the US Army?

An image revealed by the French blog Lemamouth ( http://lemamouth.blogspot.ca/2012/05...que-filii.html ) , show an US mini version of the French Caesar artillery system using a 105mm howitzer. This system has not yet named but according the blog source could be use in Afghanistan as a mobile fire support plateform. The british and Chinese have their own mobile system, now the US army.

I think he meant "Son of the French Caesar in the US Army"... but frankly I fail to see the specific relation between the Caesar and this, apart from both being a truck with a cannon on it. Well, both are apparently built by French defense companies, but... it looks like a joke: nowhere to store the ammo, no visible user interface

Besides, the blog post (which comes from a reliable journalist) does not mention the US Army. It's just the uniforms in the photo.

If it's the son of the Caesar Artillery system shouldn't it be called the Caesarion Artillery system...

I confused. Is this something the US Army is actually adopting or what?

10-12 is only theoretically possible, not doable if they make it like in video(getting on the car/getting off the car all the time). But i dont know how they really use it.
