Basically, nothing's going to change. Both Sarkozy or Holland have the same politics.
so what happens if this guy wins? Do we get to witness first hand the complete and utter collapse of a first world economy?
I am not rooting for that to happen but it seems to be the most likely outcome. Am i missing something about all this?
Basically, nothing's going to change. Both Sarkozy or Holland have the same politics.
If Sarko was driving a nice car towards a cliff, Holland will only do it faster. Otherwise, same outcome, and the Socios will blame all setbacks on the previous president. Holland will remain faultless.
Social Democrats are like Neo in the Matrix.
They fix the stuff Conservatives f...ed up and get the blame for everything that goes wrong.
Watch the European markets nosedive if Hollande wins.
I can't wait to hear Obama's congratulatory blow Jo...I mean speech.
European voters are going to screw the rest of the world in a doomed attempt to defy all math and macroeconomic logic and and save their entitlement programs.
I hope Hollande wins and delivers a blow the take over of Europe by Germany.
European contries are going to screw the rest of the word by having almost half the healthcare costs than the US. Which is bad.
Also; dollar, dollar, dollar.
See what I mean?
Like totaly.
The US is the only western country on my list that hasn't started serious austerity or reform programs.
And if you look at the trade deficit, the next blow is in the making. And it doesn't make a difference who leads this desaster - Obama or Romney.
On December 17th, the markets will react and the US, as the last western country, will enter the austerity phase. 2 trillion dollars a year are needed.
