I haven't delt with mosquito's in ages, and as far as taking a long sleeve shirt, and a camel back. what are some sugegstions?

Just as a note mosquitoes do not like Vitamin B so taking an all B Vitamin once a day can cut down the bite quite a bit
The B leaches out of the skin a you sweat they don't like it SWEET!!!!
