Just how unpopular is President Barack Obama in some parts of the country?

Enough that a man in prison in Texas is getting 4 out of 10 votes in West Virginia's Democratic presidential primary.The inmate, Keith Judd, is serving time at the ******** Federal Correctional Institution in Texas for making threats at the University of New Mexico in 1999.

Obama is very vulnerable to being defeated. I don't think that is a issue. Can the anti-Obama people and pro-Republican candidate people tolerate each other long enough to defeat Obama in November?

In 2004, Bush was very vulnerable. The D's picked the worse possible D to run against him. Personally I would vote for a yellow dog before I would vote for Kerry. The amazing thing was, Kerry was with 5% of Bush.

I always rather liked this aspect of electoral law

If a felon who can't even vote for himself can garner a sizeable amount of votes, its a sure sign that the normal political system is failing the people

Judd got 40% of the Vote, normally a 15% showing would get you invited to the national convention. How Bizarre is that?

justice in this country is predicated on how much money you can spend on your defense? court appointed lawyers mean you serve 20 years for robbing 20 bucks from a shop-n-go while some white collar asshole who defrauds a 100 stockholders for a few million dollars does 2 years with time served.

The impact to society as far as the crime goes does has no bearing on the amount of time you can theoretically spend for a felony.
