In Poland, the leadership of the 2nd largest political party and many of its supporters believe that the crash that killed Kaczinsky in 2010 was part of some conspiracy between Donald Tusk and the Russian government, or whatever.
Why don't you piss off and comment on that instead?

Superjet was in good condition before crash
The Sukhoi Superjet-100 was in good condition. This conclusion was made by experts who analyzed the cockpit voice recorder of the Russian aircraft that crashed in a mountain south of Jakarta. After the version that the aircraft was defective was rejected, experts started looking for other reasons that led to the crash.
The voice recorder was discovered in a gorge not far away from the site of crash. The decoding of its data has provided valuable information to the experts. The T2CAS system that warns about a crash with the ground worked perfectly and signaled the crew about this danger. At present, this is how the experts describe the plane’s last flight: it took off, gained height and made a circle around the airfield. The pilots asked for permission to descend to fly below the clouds. The dispatcher approved the manoeuver but failed to inform the crew that the aircraft went off course due to the loss of height. At present, experts are looking for the second flight recorder to support the above version. The decoding of the parameters of the flight recorder will provide new information about how the crash occurred. The only thing that can be said now for sure is that there were no major failures in the systems on board the plane.
The first information that the plane was in good condition has been perceived positively by the countries that have already bought the Superjet-100 and wanted to buy some more planes. Despite the fact that the situation is not so simple, these countries have not taken any sharp turns, editor-in-chief of the Aviaport.ru portal Oleg Panteleev said.
“The ordering-parties are not in a hurry to cancel their contracts or make any loudy statements. A few days after the crash, Indonesia said it would suspend the contracts but the officials of the airlines that ordered planes are now expressing their readiness to receive the aircraft strictly on time under the contracts signed,” Oleg Panteleev said.
The Sukhoi Superjet-100 crashed on the 9th of May during a demonstration flight colliding with Mount Salak on the Indonesian island of Java. All 45 people on board, including 8 Russians were killed. An international commission is now engaged in identifying the bodies. Forensic scientists are doing this work analyzing DNA samples and finger prints. Hopefully, they will hand over the remains to send them back home.

Villagers find flight data recorder from Russian jet that slammed into Indonesian volcano

JAKARTA, Indonesia - Villagers have found the flight data recorder from a Russian passenger jet that slammed into an Indonesian volcano three weeks ago and killed 45 people, officials said Thursday. The device could help explain what caused the crash.

Another part of the Sukhoi Superjet 100's "black box," the cockpit voice recorder, was found about a week after the May 9 accident during a demonstration flight for potential buyers.

However, the flight data recorder — which logged data such as the jet's altitude, speed and route — was buried in a landslide after the plane smashed into the side of Mount Salak, said Daryatmo, chief of Indonesia's search and rescue agency.

He said the recorder was in good condition when a group of nine villagers found it Wednesday in a deep ravine.

They found the device after rains washed away some of the earth, said the search mission chief, Col. A.M. Putranto.
