    Default Lauer Custom Weaponry

Some of you may already know that they sell Duracoat. I've been ordering from them for years and have never had an issue. The other day I ordered two 4 oz. bottles of paint, each a different color. When they arrived today both bottles were the same color. I called LCW and explained the situation and to my surprise I was told that they would send me the correct bottle free of charge and to keep the other bottle.

I expressed that I didn't want to see them lose money and that it wasn't necessary but the guy on the phone wouldn't hear of it. I had a shipping receipt in my email in less than an hour.

If any of you are looking for firearm coatings I highly recommend using LCW not only for the quality products but the uncommon and excellent customer service. www.lauerweaponry.com

I had the same happen when Mr. Beer shipped me the wrong hops. Good customer service is always such a nice thing. It engenders brand loyalty.

    Good to know.
I prefer to spend my money on products from companies who don't take their customers for granted.

Stuff is great. I used it on a Buddys 10 gauge semi goose gun. Gave it a Coyote base, followed by Light brown and olive and dark green leaves all free hand.
    I've used it on a M1917, an SMLE, a No. 4, several AR platforms and a M1911A1.

What is it? Basically a high durability paint? Is it aerosol?

They sell it as a 2k system, I think it's a urethane. You can spray it in your own spray gun/airbrush or they sell the freon charged home sprayer kits.

It's easy to post negative things about a company. It's nice to hear when they treat their customers well.
