It starts out quite amateur, but the guy hits his stride around episode 25 and by the end, I find myself enthralled, counting the minutes left in each episode. Perfect for a commute.
No fancy voices or artsy musing, his super dry humor and matter of fact "whaddaya gonna do?" approach to Roman history really struck a chord with me.
Highly recommended, four stars, much better than CATS.
