What would your interpretation be on this...a friend is a dentist and has been divorced for about 9 years and got his clock cleaned by his ex-wife. For the past eight years he has been seeing this woman and they have dinner, but don't vacation together or go out on a regular basis, just when its time for a booty call. She is waiting for the hope for a relationship to get married and be taken care of. She doesn't have any hobbies and doesn't do much other than think about the possibility of a relationship and being taken care of, especially since he is 60 and she is 55. He goes all over the world on vacation with his friends, but doesn't take her.

Is she delusional? It's a good thing for him......

When the dentist goes on vacation with his friends....are the friends mixed company? If mixed company but he doesn't invite her, I'd say there is not much more to that relationship. If it's all guys getting a "guy's out" thing on the world, the no invite may not mean much.

I don't care to touch the "Is she delusional?" .... Long ago, my brain was toast on the finer aspects of the female of the specie.

Since this is a terrible date thread I'll share my.

My first date was horrible. My friend and I went on a double date with two sisters. When they arrived at the restaurant they were hammered drunk. This might a good thing, right? Well, after we left the restaurant and arrived at a small gather, my date decided to throw up on her and my shoes.
