(hypothetical) all female combat units in urban areas to prevent ****** violence ?

As we all know generally know when military units are positioned in population centers during conflict, ****** violence is a major problem.
Im not saying every soldier will perpetuate these crimes against children and women, just that 99% of rape is committed by males and women are
obviously less likely to commit these acts.
If a country is embroiled in civil war and is forced to send military units into cities, as a means to fight an insurgency or civil unrest. Could these all female units could be place in places such as schools, places of worship, hospitals as a means to prevent ****** violence from occuring in the first place. ?
It would show no trust in troops, which is bad for morale and looks bad from the media/worlds point of view. Female only units would be a major issue in many Muslim dominated countries, where men would refuse to listen/take orders from them.
Females are already used where females are necessary eg searching people on the street, visiting houses.
In short it's a terrible idea.

Instead of placing female units you may think about doing something about your male units, so they dont commit the crimes in the first place. As its the case for most of them at the moment anyway. If situation would be so terrible and and moral so low that your soldiers would go and rape everything that moves, then female units wouldnt help you much. Some of female soldiers would be raped too probably. But we arent in total war anymore, so such things shouldnt happen in western armies anyway.
Well im just saying all female units stay behind in these areas while male units can conduct other operations in the same city i guess i shouldve phrased that better. and i agree with first world militaries, but im just curious seeing events in syria, and i think of bosnia alot.
That's not a problem with male units. It's a problem with political/sectarian violence and a lack of discipline/fear of prosecution in the military units involved.
In Syria they're knowngly shelling civilian neighbourhoods for christs sake.

in any military that is rife with ****** violence, id wager that its so backwards the female units probably wouldnt behave anymore professionally than the male units. Outside of third world militaries like african nations, id say this really isnt a problem.

Back on topic, what happens if your all female unit gets ambushed and captured. Probably the rapes you were trying to avoid will be commited against your own troops destroying your army morale at the same time.
Rape is usually not about sects, it is about violence. I am sure women are just as creative as men.
All-female assault company will get bogged down by looting every shoe or fashion shop in its way.
