its a Pakol. Also, everything is too clean here, needs 20 kg of dust thrown on everyone and everything. And old mate hardcore harry just got the HIV from being a wanker and not wearing gloves before attending the casualty.... also weapon carriage during the attendance of a hostile casualty is bollocks... what is this ****? might be a posing session but at least put some thought into it.
