Yes.. and there is lots of whining going on in the forum because the female characters are a bit sllimmer than the male ones so they have a slightly smaller hitbox

What's wrong with playing female? I know there's an option that let you, but I couldn't find out how to become one.

Totally like, yes. It's still at alpha stage but it looks promising.
