RIP to the welsh regiments

With defence cuts looming Wales by the looks of it are going to lose the only Welsh Cavalry reg "The queens dragoons"
also under threat are the infantry regiments "The royal welsh"<(The Royal Regiment of Wales & the Royal Welch Fusiliers), also under threat are the Welsh Guards.

England: 30

I'd be sad to see the back of the QDGs and the and the remnants of the RWF having seen both doing the business on Ops. My opinion of the RRW is very low (largely down to their CO at the time) so my feelings on them are somewhat different

Maybe they could re-badge the SFSG

There's rumours about other uk cap badges too. 1Rifles, scots gds, Coldstream Gds, 4scots, 5scots, RSDG's. Whole regiments will vanish from corps cap badges too.

Whats def is Wales will have only one capbadge reg to its name,maybe that 2 infantry regs will go forever,i know we are a pain in the arse with our leek eating etc,but **** me,look at the amounts of reg compared to others.
