Definately not the "Best" one (cars in background, cops equipment, protesters waving red flags), methinks it's South ones, or some of ex-USSR "Stans", but not NK.
Some sort of exercise of supposedly North Korean riot squad dealing with demonstrators. Is this really North Korea?

Some complicated maneuvers there. Looked more like a riot tattoo. Nice, if they can be pulled off IRL. Also some reminiscent of roman legions way of fighting.
They are incredibly well-trained. Some of their tactics and maneuvers seemed a bit stylized though. I can't see that being North Korea though. South Korea is known for some crazy riots.
Going from them using the gas tanks as flamethrowers I'd say South Korean.
Reminds me of this:
Checking the internets its South Korean police.

Both police forces and protestors are well organised
If there was a riot in NK I think it would be handled by ak fire and not batons.
Looks a bit too orchestrated. I wonder how those drills work when you add bricks, paint and molotov cocktails actually thrown into their lines, not in front of them. Also, the police out number the protesters
I still doubt they have anything on the Portuguese Army riot control. I have trained with those guys. Wouldn't want to meet them in a real street battle!
I think this is a riot control drill, most likely the "protesters" are police too.
Its on some sort of parade ground and normal traffic is in the backround.
Looks incredibly cool though.
The idea of pairing the officers (one guy with a shield, one with a baton) is interesting.
Where's Variable?
He's the only one with riot police experience here I think (at least from the police side)
