Because this is what was reported in the Israeli news. How do you know the person shown bleeding was hit by a bullet? We can play this game all day...

Allegedly, as opposed to the Actual rock throwing we saw of the Palestinians..... I note the claim of Israelis throwing rocks doesnt bear out in the video either....
Honestly cant see if it was a tear gas gun or not because as usual these videos look like Michael J. Fox was the cameraman.
If you look around you can find a different video which shows that the people shooting are actually the civilian first response team of Yitzhar and that they clearly followed the roe for civilian response teams. They work with the IDF, which is why they aren't being stopped by the soldiers.

Personally, I don't know of many religious extremist militias that use Rubber Bullets. Jewish extremists have a long way to go to catch up with their Muslim counterparts.
