Agreed. I think the military will attempt a coup as MB comes into power, and the result will be a full-blown civil war.
Sadly, a military coup is the least bad alternative.

There is no "maybe" in the equation. Take a quick look at the US military - It is not an inward looking organization, it does not do internal security as most other countries militaries do, it is too busy kicking ass and taking names in far away places.
