Fotouh was classed 3rd with 20% of the votes.
1st came Mursi, the candidate of the Muslim Bros with 25%.
2nd, Shafiq, the last PM of Mubarak, with 23%.

    Next round: Mursi vs. Shafiq.

Third was Sabbahi, not Fotouh. Fotouh was fourth. Shame about Sabbahi, he seemed from outside point of view as the best one, neither islamists like Mursi, nor opportunist like Shafiq.

The article did not mention the score of Sabbahi and credited Fotouh of 20%. How much Sabbahi got?

    According to this

    http://english.ahram.org.eg/NewsCont...ypt-revol.aspx

4,739,983 votes while Mursi ended up with 5,553,097 and Shafiq with 5,210,978. I guess we can expect that Sabbahi voters will rather support Shafiq than Mursi and same goes for Moussa.

I hope Musri won't pass. I think he is even more extreme than Fotouh.

Yes, but Shafiq is a butt. His actions as PM during Mubarak and SCAF made him anything but popular. As I wrote before, shame that Sabbahi didnt make it to the second round.

Sure. There were ups and downs in the rating of the candidates during the campaign.
Being rated third isn't it a surprise for Sabbahi, or did I miss something? And Amr Moussa who was given as a favorite…
