This is just incredibly bizarre. Seeing the footage about a still-living but left to die David Sharp was.. very weird.

Iv always been fascinated about the bodies up there , its so primitive that people walk by dead and dying people but it has to be done.

I'd change that to anyone who needs to pay 20-40 grand to be skull dragged up there by an experienced climber is an idiot.

Look at all those dollar bills going up and down. That group alone must be well over a million dollars.

It seems like to try and feel special and possibly writing a book, climbing Everest is a ticket to that.

Anyone know the location of that long chain of climbers?

Is that roughly Camp 3 photographed from Camp 4; Camp 2 photographed from Camp 3; or ??

That looks like nearly 200 climbers/sherpas/porters out in the open.

I don't get it, if they see someone in need of help why don't they help climbers in distress by taking them down?

When i hear news of the type "climber dies in Everest" i just say to myself "what an idiot".
The risks of dying are very high and they know very well many have died attempting.
Can't they visit some green European mountain during the summer season and watch the animals instead of paying thousands to freeze to death?
