Just a few of things:

1) The only people that think that President Clinton was a disgrace are hard core Republicans that pretty much think that any Democrat president is a disgrace

2) I don't really care to debate the economic performance of President Clinton's administration, because the facts speak for themselves. However, I'd like to point out that every time Pres. Clinton did a speech on the economy, the next day the stock market would go up a few points. A president that is perceived to be competent and having in-depth understanding of economic issues has a positive effect on the economy.
