    No one has uploaded any new photos to the "user submitted photos" section since 2008.

    I know most of you numptys have decent shots, put up an album and entertain us.

    That's the old photo system from when the site was first started. It's all integrated into the forum software now. You can see what people post here:

    http://www.militaryphotos.net/all_albums.php

    The ones that have been tagged as "military "show up first, and you can hit the "all albums" link near the top to see everything including ones that haven't been tagged yet.
