The shooter knew at least one the victims, the dead 18 year old male, beforehand.

Still in critical condition. She's a police trainee, still enrolled in the Police Academy and doing her field training.

"Police thinks this was not a well planned act. Seems like the gunman got the idea in the same evening."

"He spent the evening with his friends and had some kind of a fight. But police says this doesn't explain the shooting."
"Just before the shooting the gunman updated his facebook: Oli hauskaa toverit. (We had/It was fun comrades.)"

Every news site has this as a main news: He played airsoft and he was supposed to play today...

The shooter started his military service in last January but quit/discontinued his service. No reason given yet why this happened. Some forums have info that it might have been psychological reasons and he might have used medicine but so far that's just internet talks.

He's been extremely shocked when interrogated. If he has been on some meds, could they have made him snap like this? I know some meds can make you suicidal, but something like this...

Well he had been drinking with his friends previous evening... if those were depressant meds, then the mixture with alcohol sounds pretty bad.

Lets hope that. She got hit in the lower torso, so there are internal organs, quite a deal of nerves and also spine...

She's also a national team soccer goalie.

And the two dead victims were to graduate in two weeks from vocational school, the dead male had his birthday just three days ago and he was playing Finnish baseball at pro level in local team.

So much lost by actions of one lost case (who also was good athlete, both in skiing and running, according to the news).

I was going pretty wild when I drank alcohol some time ago (note: I very rarely do it) and im currently on medication which also works for depression (not my reason tho), and yeah...I'd personally say it could make him snap.
