The participating SOF teams came from 10 allied nations: Australia, Canada, Brazil, Colombia, Jordan, Norway, Poland, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, and included American SEALs, Green Berets, Air Force Combat Controllers, and US Marines.

At about 09:05 did the commentator mean that the "delta queen" maneuver is no longer used or the technique shown? How do they recover the zodiac with this technique?

Because the D model Chinook is no longer in use by the Regiment. The E/G model has anthenas under its belly, so dunking them is not a very good idea.
