I've got to ask you guys, here in sweden we always joke about the fact that certain countries always award eachother hight points like for instance belarus and russia, cyprus and greece, turkey and azebajan.. is this also something that is talked about in the rest of europe?

The fact that such countries vote for each other also has to do with the fact that they have the same crappy taste.

Not only those countries Sniffit mentioned, it's like that for the most part. Many countries in Europe have close cultural ties, so naturally they'd be more inclined to vote for eachother.

As a Romanian.. I apologies for our utterly crappy song (and singer)..

Don't she provided Legs and was probably the most attractive contribution I found in the Competition, Even Ukraine, my lovely beautiful Ukraine let me down for what I was hoping..... Overall everyone I partied with supported Romania even if not as a primary vote, we all thought of it as comparatively alright entry

Ireland also, lol...... If at first you don't succeed with Jedward, try, try again (At the very least, Jedward is Eurovision more than anything.....) Also want to put out my support to Montenegro with Rambo Amadeus, awesome contribution and kicked Eurovision off to its brilliant start, Austria great job many People I know loved your contribution

Though Russia I think had a pretty solid bet, it was always going to do well but as it proved out, just was not enough... Belarus would have dramatically increased its chances in my books if it could have contributed Ksenia Degelko "I'm from the Country"

They are both rockabilly singers all inspired by Motown culture ,Nina is also inspired to Italian singers from 50s and 60s like Mina .
