an explosion has occurred in Nairobi its being claimed that its an electrical fault but photos of the victims i have seen show bloody victims like shrapnel

shrapnel is everything in the area able to be dislodged and flung through the air by the explosion, doesnt mean it came from a bomb.

the Kenyan police has changed its earlier story that it was an electrical fault now claiming that it could be a I.E.D and some of the victims now tell of a man of Somali origin left a bag while pretending to be receiving an urgent call from his mobile phone then moment later an explosion occurred in that shop outlet that left a small crater and cracked wall
