    If it is true that no battle ready unit would pass an inspection, then it confirms what I have always thought: Airwingers are some hard working mofo's.

    yeah when I roomed with the platoon cmdrs on the boat - i was out of the rack before dawn and working in maint control, getting calls on the 1MC, visiting the CAPT on the bridge about spotting etc. meanwhile the grunts were playing video games, working out, cleaning their weapons, sleeping and eating. I'd come back late at night and they would say "wow man you really have a job!"
