    Default Can someone I.D. this?

    Found this mysterious piece in my grandfathers collection of gun cleaning equipment. Not even sure if it's related, but if you could help me identify what it is, that would be great. It has a male and female part, that fit together in a specific way. And if it is not the correct certain way, it stops a quarter inch of the way down.

    What's bugging me is the type of loader it was supposed to be used in. I don't think it was a press. One of those Lyman-Ideal jobbers that looked like a pair of pliers?
