A societal paradox is that both liberals and conservatives feel they have it all figured out.

Well, I guess it's like Colombia, where Santana is from. He and his friends go airsoft in the woods or desaffected places, yet all you hear in the Western media is FARC this, FARC that and narcos. I guess SA is making headlines in the West, but locally it must not be as bad as we outsiders think...

    Slaaibak, you tell us.

Totally and 100% true, I have been playing airsoft in almost 3 or 4 cities of my country, specially in the outsides of my city, Bogota. Always we make a security plan and study before went out with our gear and airsoft rifles. It will be obvious that we wont go to any area where the crime gangs, narcos or worst the Farc could be.

If you look closer to the video they wont go out of the tarmak, I mean all land action hapends inside the airfield. Same thing happed when the World Soccer Cup took place in South Africa. I remember that one grandaughter of mandela got killed in some disturbs before the cup took place, and after that the whole event was a totall success

Several years ago I saw a couple in A'Stan at Kabul Airport. I think they were contract State Department, US AID or something. They had turboprops instead of radials, but it was still pretty cool. I think they're still active flying the bush in AK too.

Nope. Crime is higher that we would like, but apart from that its like most other countries.
