they have...it's not for civilians though

    There's always Plan B

From what was gathered from KS, it was affected primarily by E3 and lack of media coverage, and it was underestimated on the how far BFS needed to reach out. Most of the last supporters didn't know, who also pledged the most, were gamers who followed certain YouTube Gaming Community. Once, BFS received backing, the supporters came in and the pledges were higher than core followers...though there were core supporters that tripled their pledges.

Some gaming clans from Europe are now just becoming aware of it. So now, there are actually, unaccountable supporters and pledges outside KS.

This is so sad, if only everyone contributes their part in the fundraiser and stop supporting arcade franchise. Oh well.

I took the survey, I was hoping for it to be more specific... As I felt like there were a lot of things that would of helped them reach a better audience.

    small update
    http://tinyurl.com/d2wye8j

Combine leaning blends with the existing crouch/stand blends and you get your RavenShield style fluid stance.
Head tracking – via TrackIR or Kinect (or Oculus Rift ) – adds another way for people to precisely control their stance.
Using this analogue approach is handy, but not all that natural or quick. In reality, it is easy for a person to quickly match their head and body position to peek around – and over – what ever obstacle they choose, with out exposing too much. To help with that, we are using checks based on a players surroundings, weapon position and underlying stance.
For example, to peek around a corner, press E with your weapon down – you’ll lean just enough to expose your right eye and get a good field of view.
To lean and shoot, press E and bring your weapon up – you’ll lean a bit further out then before to accommodate your weapon and let you take the shot.

In addition to the programming changes, related animations are also being reviewed and updated as need be. We’re trying to avoid awkwardly bending the character at the waist and go for a more full body oriented lean from the legs up.
Being a feature that will be utilised often, we feel it is well worth the effort.

Is there a way to put monies into this project? I noticed that the kickstarter failed... (ridiculous considering what kind of shit gets six digit+ founding).

I removed the last part because its hard to understand when your not in the gaming industry.
    I was shocked too.

Currently, donation thru merchandise is being discussed. The T-Shirts, baseball caps was sold and depleted. Possible getting a newer source to budget the cost of the overhead is being discussed.
So donation thru merchandise will run like for example: T-shirt will be sold for $20, but, you may donate "more."

please stop by GroundBranch.com for more info

Cool, gonna keep an eye on it.

Re: nonsense funding: I meant stuff like that female blogger getting loadsa money for a planned video series of her talking about sexism in games. Boggles the mind.
