All 4 were sentenced to 12 years in prison and then deportation from Denmark, for their plans to attack the premises of the Jyllands Posten newspaper (the first paper to publish the Mohammad cartoons).
At the time of their arrest they were only hours from carrying out their terrorist attack, and they were found in possession of a sub machine gun and a pistol, both with plenty of ammunition as well as plastic strips intended to use to handcuff victims before executing them.
Very good job by the Danish authorities.

They are swedish citizens, I guess the swedes will have the luxury of getting them back once their sentence is over. If they have any sense whatsoever, they ought to deport them even further back from whence they came.

They are indeed swedish citizens and had been under surveillance for some time, their car was tracked and followed as they were making their way towards Denmark.
Lat month 2 others were also arrested for planing terror against targets in Denmark.. We're apparently a popular target. Good thing PET is so effective..
I doubt it. They will probably be released back into society.. We need a scandinavian guantanamo bay to keep those assholes away.
