I've made some research but can't find anything (unit, era, etc.) on this badge ( the cross)
maybe is there any specialist around here..
BTW it's from Iraq.

Chances are that is its a locally produces badge. Possibly for some Iraqi unit. The threadwork looks decidely, dodgy.
The camouflage in the first picture looks like ISOF camo.
I suspect it's a team patch from C/1-10 SFG given to a partner Iraqi ISOF unit.
I concur. I was merely a REMF but we occasionally interacted with Special Forces and their trainees on my first deployment and that was the camo their Iraqi soldiers wore. I asked and I think they said they were old Lithuanian or Latvian Army uniforms...some European nation beginning with an "L". Latveria, maybe?
Lithuanian sounds right to me.
Deja Vu, I answerd this one about 3 years ago.

In fact you asked about this same patch in March 2010 here: http://www.militaryphotos.net/forums...-thread/page17 post 245 and in 246 you got the answer.
