Where as The Much Honoured Calum Anderson of Cove & Inchnadamph, Laird of Cove & Inchnadanph, Lord of Manor Cove, Chieftain & Captain of Clan Anderson Federation Council, ME, PH.d,
Sergeant Major (Retired) who was born in Bridge of Alan Stirlingshire on the Fourteenth day of March in the year Nineteen Hundred and Fifty Four the son of Andrew Guthrie Anderson and Mary "May" McKenzie, daughter of Cailean McKenzie and Grandson of Calum Anderson of Cove and Iseabail Gordon of Inchnadamph, is desirous of being recognised by all through the bearing of arms and has made petition unto me to blazon and emblazon his armorial bearings in accordance with the ancient and traditional conventions of the art and science of heraldry. I have been pleased to comply with this petition and I declare today, that having consulted with him, The arms described and depicted hereon, are the sole property in perpetuity of the said Calum Anderson for the purposes of ownership, right of copy and inheritance, and furthermore have been recorded in the roll of arms.
to have and to hold the said arms unto the same Calum Anderson of Cove & Inchnadamph and to his descendants forever and to use, show set forth and advance on shield or banner or otherwise with due difference as appointed by the traditions of heraldry, without the let, hindrance, molestation, interruption, controlment or challenge of any person or persons whatsoever.
