    From what I found online they are commemoration badges for Soviet "Hero Cities of WW2" I don't have the full set apparently or the white paper presentation box the set came in.

    There is no Bulgarian piece in the images in the first post. All Cyrillic is Russian. And the triple medal is from 1985, not from 1968. It is Hungarian, Czechoslovak and Soviet.
    Nice collection, by the way. I gave mine, a smaller one, to my brother and now it is gone...
