How is that even possible? You honestly mean to tell me that if called 911 from a phone booth and reported gunshots, no verification would follow and they'd send a SWAT team right away? That's nuts.
Not here. We'd get a cop car, maybe two. If it's slow, maybe thre... Nah, two is about it. And in some neighborhoods you would get a call 6 hours later asking if you still needed a police response.
