Again, I don't care what you agree with. There are several large groups of hooligans of at least 30 and counting up to or over 100 people, those are platoons of hooligans. It's not 2 or 3 idiots, it's not 5-15 idiots, it's large groups that move throughout the city in a coordinated manner and act together.

In my opinion, "platoon" is something organized, trained and uses tactics. None of these conditions were present. That's my point.

Have you read official statement of Polish Police? I have linked it in this thread. Official report says:

1. No Russians outside nationalistic march were attacked. All attacked were young males who did this march.
2. Only 2 (TWO) Russians were injured while around 170 Poles were arrested.

These videos look violent but in reality no one was seriously hurt and just TWO Russians needed first aid.
And that march was pure provocation for Poles. Especially because it wasn't football march but it was nationalistic march to commemorate Russia Day!

UEFA have fined Russian football federation 3 times because of incidents started by Russian hooligans.
Russian representation - 3 matches, 3 fines. Every match with Russian team caused fine for behavior of Russian hooligans. Russian's fines exceeded 180 thousands Euro. Federation was fined because Russian hooligans were throwing flares, presenting forbidden banners and crying racists insults. Also Russian federation can be fined with decreasing number of points by 6 during EURO 2016 qualifications.
Russia are the only one team fined during EURO. Probably the only one fined 3 times during 3 matches ever.
