Turkey like said has radar record evidence, so you cannot accuse Turkey of "lying" when they are the ones with the evidence so far.

I agree with what Camera is implying. If the Cypriot report is correct, then I see the possibility that the Turkish aircraft had completed its mission and indeed passed accidentally from Syrian airspace.

Plane shot in International Airspace @11:58, @12:02 plane crashes after being hit.
The last picture is a fairy tale. There's very little chance the plane hit where it was, at 11:58, would fall or maneufer towards the Syrian teritory. Most likely the last portion of the flight path was much closer to the Syrian coast. Any pilot when he gets the high pitch tone of a missile lock on his plane, would try as hard as possible to get away from the hostile area, towards international waters. The last picture doesn't make sense.

You don't fly "accidentally " at 200ft altitude over another country's airspace, with a special electronic warfare aircraft. Fools don't get to fly his kind of planes.

Don't you think, that Syrian territorial sea border is to close to the coast comparing to Turkish line? Also it fly at Syrian coast three times, what means after first pass it try to repeat it.

    It's not an EW aircraft.

If i was Syrian government i would not give much attention to one Turkish plane that is lost maybe by mistake or by violation when at same time every second i have real fire fights in cities.
Syrian army nor the opposition will give much of attention about foreigners in my humble opinion.

Two examples of actual radar picture. Until both sides come with pictures from radar screens, we will not actually know, what really happened. There are too many contradicting statements.

We see here only media drawing, not radar records or picture of radar screen. Also:

Turk side alone confirm plane was more than once inside Syrian air space, what negate Turkish media drawings, that it only once cross Syrian air space. This statement confirm, that second time of crossing of Syrian air space could be in time of shot down. What ever happened, it was very close to Syrian border or inside it, so it is very important to see pictures of radar screens of both sides to see the position of border line on both radar screens.

Any proof for the existence of an IAF jet in Syria in 2007 ?
