Low standards for editing, lazy interns/journos and an obvious fluff piece sprinkled with horrible english. Also a subconscious desire for **** measuring wrt developed nations.

^^^ CrYsIs, the top secret, super-weapon, classified, exclusive pictures are just some CGI I could of made on my laptop. The more advanced stage pictures and videos are from other (US and Europe) projects.

Can India make a drone be 2020 that can launch a few bombs... sure! Will it posses the radar absorbing skin and low EM emissions... don't know. But it takes more than just the flying wing design to make a stealth aircraft.

I guess all projects start with a bit of a hype, but considering India's past record on other weapon systems, people should be a bit more reserved.
Wait for at least of a mock-up before planing to bomb Pakistan and Chine (as in the video )

We as it seem are on making thing tho we still buy chunk of military hardware from outisde, I wonder when this will be actually fly? Cause the engine for this are in development stage recently the Kaveri engine was not selected for any future aircraft except may powered Indian UAV program, i don't when they will put a one ad start flying? Yeah, mock up would be nice however red tape and snail phase work, it gonna be while before we can be hurray...None less It's a task i think can be done not at the given time frame we have already made Lahksya and Nishant drone, and has quite a knowledge working on Israeli stuff.

Well, big ambitions from India and I wish them the best of luck. But I just dont see it working out too well and it may take longer then they expect. I mean, India has no previous experience building a bomber and they do not have any stealth experiment that we know of (except for FGFA but that is under Russia) and they still have a very young defence industry. Countries with more experience have not or are still in the long process of developing such an aircraft.

X2. The prevalent sentiment is that in the end, the AURA team would be seeking assistance from nEUROn or Taranis team.
