    5.11 pants work for IWB, just remember to get a size or two larger and a good belt.
    any dark shirt should for shoulder rig, but you have to keep a bottom open for presentation.

    I used to wear them for work as it was our uniform pants (we even had them when they were still Royal Robins). I would never wear them as casual attire.

    Jeans/shorts/khakis + T shirt or polo. Maybe a flannel shirt in winter.

    OMG. What kind of jeans and what shirt is he wearing? Do you know if the back pockets on his jeans are open or flapped? Are they boot cut or straight leg?
