My ex bro in law is married to a woman who is almost 20 years his senior. It is his business, and hers. They are happy, both rock solid individuals who work hard, take care of and compliment each other, so who cares? I'm in a new relationship with a woman who is 16 years younger than I am. All her friends, and family have no issue with it and actually encourage it seeing how many of the available men in her "age bracket" are tools and douchebags who care more about partying than her. As a matter of fact, it is via mutual friends that I met her a few years ago while she was married to a douchebag who liked to treat her like a piece of property.
Bottom line, if both parties are of legal age, consenting adults and not harming each other, it is not the business of others to say one way or another.
