Don't forget some have real and serious mental issues, the "Air Force " guy in his desert boots bloused and ribbons up to his eyebrows comes to mind.
Losers in every sense of the word. I almost feel sorry for them. But I don't. I think the intense fear and shame that they would get from a "conversation" with a few veterans would be more helpful than a beating though. Well, for most of them.
I know that here, we tried to charge with Personation if someone said that their name was 'Master Corporal John Bloggins' - however case law shows that if the guys name IS John Bloggins, and he did not serve, we have to then prove that there IS a Master Corporal John Bloggins and that buddy was giving his false rank for a benefit... not just for ID.
If John Bloggins does not exist in the CF, then no charge unless the name was false in the beginning. And oh yeah, Personation of a Police Officer is a Summary Offence - **** all for punishment.
I agree with most of the above. It's despicable, but ultimately they have the right to lie. Unless they're getting something out of the lies like VA benefits, in which case it becomes fraud and they should be prosecuted
SVA is unconstitutional while Obamacare isn't. I ****ing hate the government. Any place I can move where the politicians aren't retarded?

As the owner of a tiny medal mounting business in my spare time, I put part of the blame on the companies that sell replicas and ribbons to anyone. I realize that money is what matters, however I have turned down customers whose medal or ribbon requests (they LOVE miniatures) seem unreal. I have contacts at NDHQ I can contact when I get the 'I was JTF2 and was awarded the Medal of Military Valour but its all pretty black ops...' who will confirm yeah or nah on the person and the citation.
If companies did a tad bit of due diligence then some of these rejects would be stopped - although as I type this I think of how many get the wrong order of ribbons that they pick up anywhere and now I am too lazy to erase this paragraph. But my point is still valid...
And we will always rip the **** out of every poser right here on mp.net
we call em WALTS

SVA is unconstitutional because of freedom of speech. As a veteran, I honestly don't get too bent out of shape about these turds - at the end of the day, I know I'm legit, and that they're liars.
The Supreme Court didn't exactly say that Obamacare was constitutional, nor did they offer opinions about whether or not it was good policy. They simply said that congress was not exceeding their rights to levy taxes; in this case, a tax imposed on those individuals who don't have healthcare by 2014. In all honesty, I think the tax penalty is far lower than the annual cost of insurance if one is paying out of pocket. That said, I don't like the precedent, I don't like the idea that government should take care of us, and I think the way Obama and the administration went about this whole thing was very sneaky and underhanded.
