I agree with the professor. There's no way that campus needs a Bearcat. Doesn't the Berkeley Police Department and most surrounding police departments already have one or something similar? I know Sacramento has a few.

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH CAL games and the Solano Stroll are the most tame events in all of California. In fact if CAL isnt playing Oregon or Stanford, you would fall asleep at any other game.
An Oakland Raiders game on the other hand. Needs a dozen or so of these APCs with minigun turrets.
