that's an APH 5 as the filename states. They're vietnam era helmets so they re quite exepensive. You can however find a SPH4 for a reasonnable price on the internet. I suggest you try SPH4 helmet on google and ebay. You can sometimes even find a brand new civilian version if you re lucky (and a bit richer). If you go for a used military helmet and you wanna fly it in a civilian aircraft you'll need an adapter. Also the SP4 looks a lot like the helmet you posted:

Aight, now i know what to look for, an SPH 4 with Civilian eletronics conversion.
and the ability to mount an NVG on it.
Flying, and protecting my head from bumping my head on the top of the aircraft, visor's to substitute Sunglasses don't mess with the ear pads, punture gel pads or generally be uncomfortable in an 8 hour scenario.
South Florida so the weather is super ****ing bumpy, and with some new pilots flying old cessna 172 and 206's i don't know how they'll handle turbulance, better safe than sorry. so I'll protect my head, have sunglasses and comms all on one object instead of independant, makes me a bit more confident to handle any ****ups with both free hands.
I'll probably end up painting it in HI VIS yellow or orange with reflective tape on it.

Constant steep turns, search and rescue patterns. in hot turbulent unpredictable weather, and a cessna interior isnt the most forgiving place to bump your head.
as you can see, theres alot of surfaces you dont want to hit your head on.
protect...my head?$5 says you know the answer already.
You could try a hockey helmet with ear cuts for a headset. You'd still need to wear sunglasses, but it's probably a lot less expensive than a real flight helmet.

Please don't be that guy. Unless your doing highly aggressive aerobatic maneuvers, sit on a martin baker, or fly a chopper you don't need a helmet. That and its going to be more of a pain in the ass then anything.
