Default Someone in Pakistan actually writing the truth?

OMG…someone in Pakistan writing the truth? How long before the ISI kiils this “apostate?”

…Truth betold, this is not the time to pursue a soft power strategy—not because theobstacles to such a strategy succeeding are insurmountable, but because it doesnot serve the country’s interests to gloss over its faults. Now more than ever,Pakistanis need to accept the horrific realities about their country’strajectory and work together towards sustainable solutions. We have soughtcomfort in conspiracy theories and blamed ‘foreign actors’ for problems of ourown making for too long — this is the time for hard truths, not soft spin…

There are many more. Two of my favorites, Nadeem F Paracha (http://dawn.com/author/nfparacha/ and http://nadeemfparacha.wordpress.com/ ) and a guy who posts in paklish (those outside the subcontinent might not get the puns) by the pseudo name 'Majorly Profound' (http://majorlyprofound.wordpress.com/).

But what "glue" binds Pakistan together as a nation other than perpetual shaping of hatred for Indians/US/[insert new foreign devil here]?

Pakistan's economy is a mess....once ISAF cuts and runs and leaves a much much smaller footprint relying FAR less on Pakistan's extortionist agenda....."aid" to Pakistan will surely reduce as well.....when combined with a dangerous and nebulous global economic climate and the fact Pakistan narrowly averted a balance of payments crisis just a few years ago tells me Pakistan is a powderkeg that could blow far worse and bigger than Iran.

Pakistan is a bunny boiling Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction, except with nukes.

Pakistan is region of New Great game...so some countries really play as "Foreign Actors" and there is no doubt in that.

    That guy is simply great:

Please post your own superlatives for Pakistan-China fraandship, which could be used for the next joint statement!! Some poems I wrote to inspire you:

    • Roses are red // Violets are plue // You might eat pork // But cash makes me like you!!
    • Taller than Mountain // Lush like a Tree // O dear China // You smell like Currency!!
And lastly, this level of pheelings can only be produced by an orgasm. I wonder who is screwing who.

The history of Bakistan was great!!!
We will fight (Hindia) for a thousand years!” Declared chairman of the Bakistan Beables Barty (BBB), Zulfikar Ali Bruto. A couple of years later he was in Hindia trying to negotiate the release of 90,000 Bakistani prisoners of war. Becoming the Prime Minister after the East Bakistan debacle in 1971 AD, Bruto decided to enter into a nuclear arms race with Hindia after the Hindian government, led by a closet witch, Hindra Gandhi, decided to eradicate poverty in Hindia by spending billions of rupees on building a nuclear bum.
“We will eat grass if we have to (to build our own bum)!” Bruto now declared, while having his favorite dish,Chicken malai tikka with roghni naan.
