They are totally out of sync with the kind of conflicts in the world today, there are so many dimensions to a conflict than "win". Whoever used nuclear weapons would by every definition be a war criminal. That's the threat US and other nuclear nations poses today. This has to be the next global issue.
There is logic, it's called mutual assured destruction. It's the only thing that has prevented world war from happening since 1945. Even outright victory will be so expensive that war simply isn't realistic option. Only country with nuclear armament that has been attacked is UK in 1982 and even then opponent simply gambled with idea that UK would simply give up.
A world without nuclear weapons is a cause worth fighting for.
The problem is, Kim Fatty-Un and his gang of notorious trouble makers might disagree...
Can someone explain to me what the practicality is of having 1000+ more nukes than 95% of countries in the world. I feel like under 1000 would still be enough to **** this world over.
hurray King Bary.![]()
bigger issue to me. Is with reduction of weapons also comes reduction of pit production pay
Attention to what's happening at LANL their budget is being stripped way down and the ability
To maintain current weapons IS being drastically effected
