for me arafat is a cool guy... must be a very great dangerous foe to someone to be assassinated in such deliberate way....

While he may appear "cool" in your eyes the fact remains he was a terrorist,
who along with his organisation brought death and destruction upon ordinary civilians, so that would qualify him as "dangerous", terrorists dont get time off for old age.

And as can be seen from the comments on this thread, no credible evidence of an assassination has been presented, its as likely he succumbed to the effects of an Ar se Injected Death Sentence.

No he didn't, he rejected an Israeli offer to grant him everything the Palestinians demanded and started the second Intifada, simply because he thought he could get all of those things by force, which would look better for him.

Thousends have died and the Palestinians didn't get their state, simply because of Arafat's vanity.
