    Monitoring the borders for what? Immigrants? Wouldn't Libya need a fully integrated system for something like this to work? You know, like good infrastructure and communications for starters?

    I don't know what they want to monitor, but Kalerab said that's what they want. It's a legitime wish. Whatever they want, they have enough oil to pay.
