Flick yourself kinda hard and that's basically the same sensation, it just stings for a few seconds. Granted it can be better or worse depending on the FPS limts of the field. Most indoor places in the US only allow 330-350 FPS but over in the Philippines I know they allow guns that shoot 600+ FPS.
