I think most of his observations are reasonable, so long as one keeps in mind that they are sweeping generalities that have plenty of exceptions. Also, he did focus on our drawbacks without mentioning our strengths.

I would say most Americans are ignorant on some level. That is different than stupid (though there are certainly a fair number of those types as well).

Seriously, this is typical of people like him. General hatred of the US. American women in general. Some of it is BS, in the article but not all.

Go check out some forums of self professed pick up artist. They are filled with "omg American women are the worst. They don't spread like whipped cream for me" type posts. And it builds from there.
