saw this story a couple weeks ago or so, and since the guy lives near me ...and my older brother had an Austin Healey of late 1950s vintage when he was a bachelor (pre-1963)....he had a raunchy name for it having to do with a womans anatomy....they were fine automobiles back then for sure. Even the little Austin H. "Sprite" which was a tiny car and around 1965 the cost of a new one was small even for then! My roomie in college owned one.
The guy finding his car this many decades later, via the luck of having the vin number and just happening to spot it on eBay is astonishing to say the least. Talk about a needle in a haystack!
